Dear MakerBot support,
Thank you so much for the quick response. We are running the latest version of software on the computer and the latest firmware on the printer. Per your instructions, we have tried resetting the printer to factory settings, cycling it off and on, and it still is printing slanted. The printer is still making the grinding noise when it moves on the build plate threaded rod and also when the extruder moves along the X- axis, we have attached videos of both instances. When trouble shooting online we noticed lubricator maintenance for other models but we can't find anything for the replicator 5th Gen. Should we lubricate the axis and if so what type of lubrication is required? We also tried printing a high resolution cube, to our dismay that print was slanted also. Attached are some pictures of the tilted prosthetic hand parts and videos of the grinding noise.
